GMB staff member earns architecture license

Delmarva-based architectural and engineering firm George, Miles & Buhr LLC recently announced that staff member Lee K. Whaley, RA, has passed the Architect Registration Examination and earned his Registered Architect license in the State of Maryland.

Whaley joined GMB’s Salisbury office Architecture Group in September 2001. He attended Delaware Technical Community College, where he obtained degrees in construction management and architectural engineering.

His notable recent work includes the transformation of the historic Bank of Ocean City into a museum and the design of the newly constructed three-story Globe apartment building located in Laurel.

GMB is proud of the professional development of its staff members and congratulates Whaley for achieving this significant accomplishment in his career.
