Greenland is a unique place to read the Gazette

December 27, 2023

Gazette readers Carol Hall and Bob Moore of Rehoboth Beach took an exciting trip to Greenland, a country of beautiful ice fiords, gorgeous scenery, and interesting food. They visited two cities, Nuut, the capital, and Itulissat, where the ice fiords are plentiful. They took two boat trips on Disco Bay, experiencing a cocktail with glacier ice on the first one. The second one was an eight-hour trip to see the Eqip Sermia, which is behind Carol and Bob in the picture. They were so lucky to see three humpback whales since most had already gone south. Visit Greenland, a unique country with lots of rocks, no green, and plenty of ice!
