HealTree welcomes experienced therapist to team

HealTree recently announced the addition of therapist Theresa Vial, LCSW, to its team in Lewes.

A licensed clinical social worker with seven years of experience supporting children, families and older adults, Vial specializes in trauma, parenting and grief/loss, and uses a holistic approach that integrates both mind and body wellness. Drawing from trauma-focused treatment modalities and mindfulness practices, Vial helps individuals build resilience, regain balance and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

She offers a supportive, grounding space for clients to process and grow through life’s waves. “Healing is a journey,” said Vial. “[My] goal is to help each person strengthen their foundation so they can move forward with clarity and purpose.”

Outside her practice, Vial is a wife and mother with two daughters. Her family relocated from New Castle County to Sussex County just before the pandemic. Vial said she finds peace in evening beach strolls, grounding herself in the rhythm of the ocean and the feel of sand beneath her feet. Deeply connected to her family and close friends, she also enjoys reading, listening to music and traveling. Vial said she values presence, gratitude and embracing each moment fully.
