The Henlopen City Oyster House will donate a portion of the proceeds from 12 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, to Miriam’s Table, a daily nutrition program that feeds 260 starving children of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Henlopen City Oyster House owners Chris Bisaha and Joe Baker are donating 15 percent of each check to Miriam’s Table. To learn more about the organization, go to www.miriamstable.org. For more information on this event or to become a sponsor, call Susie Keefer at 814-673-4148.
Last month’s dining-out fundraiser proceeds provided 577 meals for the children of the Miriam’s Table Nutrition Program. Henlopen City Oyster House is at 50 Wilmington Ave., Rehoboth Beach.
