The champions of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association recently competed at the Delaware State Fairgrounds in Harrington.
To show how the champions are made, youngsters will compete in the Battle By the Bay, hosted by the Maryland High School Rodeo Association, starting at 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday, Nov. 6 and 7, at the Quillen Arena at the fairgrounds in Harrington.
