Historic Lewes Farmers Market celebrated its 10th anniversary with three great chefs, three historic Lewes homes and three menus May 2 - a progressive party at three beautiful historic Lewes homes on Second Street. Chefs Bill Clifton from Henlopen City Oyster House, Aaron Berg from The Buttery, and Hari Cameron from a(MUSE.) prepared light fare at each house accompanied by specially selected wines, beers and champagne.
Funds from this event benefit the market and its local farmers' and vendors' growth, support their families, and build the local food movement on Delmarva.
The Historic Lewes Farmers Market opened Saturday, May 9, 8 a.m., at the Historic Complex at Shipcarpenter St., Lewes.
