Historic Lewes Farmers Market to cut birthday cake July 5

The Historic Lewes Farmers Market will be open from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, July 5, at George H.P. Smith Park.
With the first market held over the Independence Day weekend in 2006, July 5 marks HLFM’s 20th birthday. A brief parade will follow the opening bell. A birthday cake will be cut at 10 a.m. in the demo tent. Mini cupcakes will be served at children’s story time.
