Hook PR & Marketing launches Hook Strategic
Hook PR & Marketing has hired Brooke Miles as director of strategy and messaging as it launches Hook Strategic, a new venture focused on supporting service-based businesses.
Miles will lead messaging and strategy work for both Hook Strategic and Hook PR & Marketing.
She brings 15 years of business-to-business marketing experience serving both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including extensive work with professional service firms.
The launch of Hook Strategic comes as Hook PR & Marketing prepares to celebrate 20 years in business in 2027. The new venture was created to bring a more human-centered, strategy-first approach to marketing for service-based businesses. In addition to client services, Hook Strategic plans to offer online workshops and other educational opportunities to help small business owners navigate a fast-changing marketing landscape.

Miles said she was drawn to Hook’s thoughtful approach and the opportunity to support both service-based businesses and nonprofit organizations through stronger messaging and strategy. In addition to messaging and strategy work, Hook Strategic will offer website strategy and development, and ongoing fractional CMO support.
