Hudson Jones welcomes associate attorneys

The law firm of Hudson, Jones, Jaywork & Fisher LLC recently announced the addition of new associate attorneys Katrina K. Doran and Angelica M. Mamani.

A native of Milford, Doran graduated in 1997 from Milford Senior High School. She received her bachelor of arts degree from Brigham Young University in 2004 and her juris doctor from George Mason University School of Law in 2011. Doran is admitted to practice in Virginia and Delaware.

Doran primarily practices estate planning, including drafting wills and a variety of specialized trusts, in addition to powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives. She also represents clients in estate administration, small business formation and other business transactions, and civil litigation involving contracts, landlord/tenant relations and property disputes.

Drawn to Delaware from the West Coast, Mamani fell in love with Kent County’s close-knit community. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2011 from Brigham Young University, and her juris doctor from the University of Alabama in 2022. She has had a diverse and wide-ranging career, and is now admitted to practice law in all Delaware courts.

Mamani is a house attorney for the Delaware House of Representatives. Her primary practice areas include criminal defense, civil litigation, nonprofit and entity formation, and bankruptcy. She represents clients in various criminal matters including criminal appeals, expungements, pardons, felonies and misdemeanors. She primarily represents clients in civil matters such as breach of contract and torts. She also represents creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.
