Hurricane Dorian brings wind and rain to Cape Region
Rip current advisory issued through Friday night

The Cape Region woke up to Hurricane Dorian Friday, Sept. 6. The National Weather Service has issued a rip current advisory until 9 p.m. Sept. 6; a coastal flood advisory from 1 to 7 p.m. today; and a high surf advisory from 2 p.m. Sept. 6 until 7 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 7. The National Weather Service is still calling for a nice weekend – sunny and in the 70s for both Saturday and Sunday. Wind is expected to be below 10 mph both days.
