Iron Hill to spotlight Girl Scout Cookies paired with beers Feb. 23-25

February 22, 2024

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is bringing back its popular Girl Scout Cookie and beer pairing flights Friday to Sunday, Feb. 23 to 25, at 19815 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach.

Cookie pairings aren’t just for the over-21 crowd. Young guests can enjoy a flight of Girl Scout Cookies with milk. Local troops also will be on site selling cookies all weekend long, just in case anyone needs to build their yearly supply of Thin Mints, Trefoils or other mouth-watering cookie flavors.

When it comes to Girl Scout Cookie season, picking a favorite can be tough, so why choose? Start the cookie adventure with seven perfectly paired cookies and beer for $23. Enjoy the complementary flavors of Pig Iron Porter and Thin Mints, Mangoverse IPA and classic Trefoils, Russian Imperial Stout with crunchy-chocolatey Adventurefuls, Strawberry Milkshake IPA with Do-Si-Dos, Vienna Red Lager and Samoas or Caramel deLites, and Brambleberry paired with Tagalongs or Peanut Butter Patties.

The kids’ milk and cookie pairing has a choice of white or chocolate milk paired with three cookies: Thin Mints, Adventurefuls and Do-Si-Dos for $4.

“We look forward to our Girl Scout Cookie pairing promo all year. So much thought is put into creating the pairings to bring a new experience to our customers. I think we outdid ourselves this year matching the sweet notes of the cookies paired with the flavor profiles of some of our most popular and all-new Iron Hill beers,” said Chris Westcott, Iron Hill CEO.
