It’s not Provence, but the next best thing
More than 700 attend Lavender Fields at Warrington Manor’s annual festival
June 20, 2018

The Labyrinth at Warrington Manor is an exact duplicate of the one on the floor of the Cathedral of Chartres near Paris, France, and is 42 feet in diameter.

Munstead, an English lavender, blooms in early June and produces flowers all season. It’s the primary lavender used in cooking. It’s just one of many varieties at Lavender Fields.
A large crowd turned out for a festival June 9 at Lavender Fields at Warrington Manor near Cool Spring. The event included children’s activities and workshops, including one for cooking with lavender.
