Tiffini Anderson started visiting the Delaware beaches in 1986, while attending the University of Delaware. She quickly fell in love with the beauty and charm of the area, visiting every year. In 2013 she permanently moved to Rehoboth Beach with her husband and two children. Anderson walks clients through the buying/selling process with patience, dedication and confidentiality.
Kelsey Barry, originally from Wilmington, moved to Lewes in 2007. While attending Cape Henlopen High School she enjoyed being a part of both the soccer and swimming teams. After graduating in 2012, Barry chose to stay near the Delaware beaches, the area she loves. Coming from a family of builders, Barry brings many useful attributes, including organization, communication and time management skills. She is the web coordinator and marketing assistant for the Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team.
Tjark Bateman has 25 years of customer service experience, working within his family business and recent entrepreneurial ventures. Born and raised in Sussex County, he is a 1990 graduate from High Point College with a bachelor of science degree in business economics. He is a past member of the Rehoboth Beach Planning and Zoning Commission, the State of Delaware Environmental Appeals Board and a founding board member of Community Bank Delaware. Bateman knows the area well, and prides himself on being well-organized, dedicated, patient, understanding and a good listener.
Molly Bayard, an eighth-generation Delawarean, attended Worcester Preparatory School and graduated from High Point University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in media studies. Bayard enjoys staying active in the community and serves on the board of directors of the Dewey Beach Lions Club. She has been licensed in real estate since 2012 and is a Certified Military Residential Specialist.
Marissa Bowski, originally from San Antonio, Texas, moved to Lewes in 2006. She graduated from University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. While at UD, she learned the keys to effective marketing, including but not limited to digital marketing, advertising, international marketing and effective writing. She also had the opportunity to travel abroad to Australia and New Zealand where she met and learned from successful executives in international companies. Following graduation, Bowski returned to the Delaware beaches with the desire to make the area her home. She is the marketing coordinator and executive assistant for the Bryce Lingo & Shaun Tull Team.
Jeanmarie Clavier comes from a long line of successful Realtors. She holds a degree in education and taught in the Caesar Rodney School District before she began a career in the home building industry more than two decades ago. For 26 years, Clavier was the design coordinator for Clavier Construction Inc., where she was responsible for establishing and maintaining a client base as well as assisting clients in every detail from point of sale to occupancy. Clavier is looking forward to sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience as she helps make a dream home a reality.

Fay Horisk has been a leading sales figure in the Delaware real estate market since 1980. She specializes in home sales in the beach area, where she resides. She has also lived and worked in New Castle County for many years, and is familiar with the communities and real estate markets throughout Delaware. Melinda Ingram, a Sussex County native, has been selling real estate since 2005 and has sold over $6 million in real estate every year since 2010. She is a 2000 graduate of Rutgers University, with a degree in communication and media studies. Ingram’s primary business focus is in residential sales, but she also has knowledge of the local commercial market. From her grandfather, a custom builder in Sussex County for over 50 years, she gained insight about real estate in this local market. Ingram serves on the board of directors of the Dewey Beach Lions Club, and is a 2015 Five Star Professional.
Patience Karlik, born and raised in Rehoboth Beach, comes from a family with seven generations in Sussex County. She graduated from Delaware Technical Community College with an associate’s degree in criminal justice. Karlik has over 16 years of experience working in the real estate industry, and became a licensed Realtor in 2013. She takes pride in her work ethics and dedication to her clients. During her free time Karlik enjoys recreation time with her family, volunteers with local charities and organizations, and she is a member of the Eastern Star Unity Chapter Number 16, Lewes.
Lillie Lingo, a native of Sussex County, was born and raised in Rehoboth Beach. She graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in 2008, and continued her education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she played varsity women’s lacrosse. Lingo spent two years in the Washington, D.C. area working for a commercial real estate company and is happy to return home and start her career in the family business.
Margaret Paquette, a native Delawarean and graduate of the University of Delaware, brings life coaching and management skills developed in the medical field and refined in the pharmaceutical industry where she oversaw international clinical drug studies for AstraZeneca. Paquette also owned and managed rental properties in Rehoboth and Dewey, and experienced firsthand the challenges of determining if a property is ideal as an investment, as well as a vacation home. She has worked with the Delaware chapter of Contractors for a Cause, helping those in need. Paquette has expertise and dedication in helping clients discover the resort home to fulfill their dreams.
Rachel Ribeiro, a Realtor since 2009, works as a rental agent is the Jack Lingo Rental Department. Having grown up in Rehoboth Beach, she has extensive knowledge of the Rehoboth and Dewey Beach areas, and can help clients choose the right property for their summer vacation. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children at the area beaches and state parks.
