J.C. Dodd qualifies as land surveyor professional

Becker Morgan Group congratulates J.C. Dodd for passing the examination to become a Delaware Professional Land Surveyor. To obtain this registration, an individual must pass a series of exams and fulfill education and experience requirements set forth by the Division of Professional Regulation/Board of Professional Land Surveyors.

Dodd is a senior associate in the firm’s Dover office and manages the Dover survey crews. Dodd’s responsibilities with Becker Morgan Group include serving as a project manager and survey manager for municipal and site development projects, including many school institutions and residential subdivisions; as well as preparation of boundary surveys, record plats for major and minor subdivisions, topographic survey base maps and ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys. Recent project experience includes new Dover High School, Wesley College Campus, Bayhealth Medical Center, Garrison Oak Technical Park/Dover SunPark, Dover Scout Reservation/Boy Scouts of America, and Nottingham Meadows subdivison, all in Dover. Other recent projects include Hickory Hollow Subdivision in Smyrna; Wawa Food Markets in Ocean City, Md., and Dover; and Milford Central Academy in Milford.
