JoAnn Babbie named sales manager for Pot-Nets
Robert W. Tunnell III has announced the selection of JoAnn Babbie as the sales manager for Pot-Nets Homes LLC. Babbie brings 20 years of experience selling, marketing and constructing new homes in Sussex County to the Tunnell Companies. “We knew that JoAnn would be a great addition to our team,” said Tunnell. “Her experience in constructing and selling new homes in Sussex County will be a tremendous asset to introduce new home buyers to the Pot-Nets lifestyle.”
“I am thrilled to become a part of the 50-year history created here at Pot-Nets,” said Babbie. “It’s exciting to arrive at the company when we are opening a new sales and design center, and constructing new model homes.” Babbie comes most recently from Insight Homes, where she spent almost four years marketing and selling new homes for one of the largest 200 builders in the country.
Originally from the northern Virginia area, she started her career in new homes at her family business, where she worked for 13 years managing operations from start to finish of each home, and created a sales and design center to best serve customers. Babbie also worked for Turnstone Builders in Rehoboth Beach and was instrumental in its emergence at a Highway One location.
