John Tesh to perform July 20 at Freeman Stage
Six-time Emmy-winning composer, Grammy-nominated musician and nationally syndicated radio host John Tesh comes Wednesday, July 20, to the Freeman Stage at Bayside for the nationwide John Tesh: Big Band Live! Tour. The performance begins at 7 p.m.
On stage with 12 performers, Tesh will play favorite big band tunes, including “In the Mood,” “I’ve Got the World on a String,” “Beyond the Sea” and many more. An all-around showman, Tesh will perform piano solos and original hits in the big band style. Designed for all ages, this show is sure to delight young and old alike.
Numerous selections are featured on "John Tesh: Big Band," which was released nationwide April 17. They were also heard on his recent public television special distributed by APT, Tesh’s biggest production since his landmark “Live At Red Rocks” also titled “John Tesh: Big Band Live!” which began airing in March and will continue through 2012.
