Johnson Orthodontics awards Extraordinary Smiles Scholarships

Dr. Jonathan Johnson was happy to award two $500 college scholarships to graduating seniors Elle Anderson of Cape Henlopen High School and Emma Lehman of Sussex Academy.

Johnson Orthodontics’ Extraordinary Smiles Scholarship was established in 2018 to recognize outstanding students in the community and help them offset the costs of higher education.

Both of this year’s recipients are extremely well-rounded students who have consistently achieved excellent grades while still managing to participate in extracurricular activities and work part-time jobs. Elle will be attending the University of Delaware to study elementary education, and Emma will be attending the University of Mary Washington, where she will study psychology with a minor in neuroscience and play field hockey. The entire team at Johnson Orthodontics is extremely proud of both Elle and Emma, and wishes them much success and many, many smiles!
