Karins and Associates announces acquisition of Temple-Sellers

Karins and Associates, a full-service engineering firm in Newark, has acquired the assets of Temple-Sellers Inc., a land surveying firm in Seaford.

Founded in 1973, Karins and Associates provides civil engineering, planning and surveying services in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania.

John Johnson, PLS, vice-president, Karins and Associates, said, “This acquisition allows us to strengthen our offerings in Sussex County. We are excited to add the experience and expertise of Temple-Sellers Inc. to our team.”

Temple-Sellers Inc. Land Surveyors, was established in 1998 by Stephen Sellers, PLS, and Brad Temple, PLS. As licensed surveyors, they combined their efforts to offer their services to clients in Sussex and Kent counties and surrounding areas. They specialize in boundary, topograhic, ALTA/ACSM land title and minor subdivision surveys. They also provide site plans, entrance plans and wetland location plans.
