Kathy Counts joins Long & Foster in Rehoboth Beach

Long & Foster Real Estate announced Kathy Counts has joined its Rehoboth Beach office. Counts will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Counts is participating in Long & Foster's Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program's curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating, and more.

Counts is a lifetime member of the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Club with the Memphis Area Association of Realtors. She is a Certified Residential Speicalist and a Luxury Home Specialist. Counts was also nominated by her peers to be Agent of the Year in 2014.
