KSI donates to Rehoboth Boardwalk Buddy Walk

KSI has partnered with Boardwalk Buddy Walk organizers Sharonlee and Dennis Diehl for several years. Their organization raises funds which are distributed to local nonprofit agencies supporting individuals with disabilities.

KSI has donated $1,100 to the Boardwalk Buddy Walk organization. Funds were raised by KSI team members through bake sales and other creative means of earning money.

The Boardwalk Buddy Walk takes place in Rehoboth during a weekend in October. KSI organizes its own walk during a weekday so its program participants can take part. Lots of enthusiasm surrounds the walk at KSI, as each case manager claims a theme song and decorates accordingly. Everyone walks to the theme songs from each group, while walking the inside perimeter of the KSI Skill Development Center.
