Landing Bar & Grille wins Best New Restaurant in Delaware

Lennar, one of the nation’s largest new home builders, announced the Landing Bar & Grille has been awarded Best New Restaurant in Delaware in the annual Stars of Delaware poll run by Delaware State News.

The restaurant opened in December 2019 under the guidance of head chef Samantha Mairano, who was also nominated for Rising Star Chef – Downstate by Delaware Today. The Landing Bar & Grille was also previously named Best New Restaurant in Sussex County by Coastal Style Magazine.

Though The Landing Bar & Grille is located in Plantation Lakes’ 22,000-square-foot community clubhouse, it is open to residents and nonresidents alike. It features a huge dining room with a central fireplace, sports bar, covered veranda seating and an outdoor fire pit. Diners also have views of nearby Betts Pond.
