A ribbon cutting ceremony, sponsored by the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, was held Feb. 28 at the Law Offices of Smith and McCartney at 127 S. Bedford St. in Georgetown. The firm opened Jan. 1, and specializes in real estate law and elder care.
