LC Homes holds annual Thanksgiving Food Drive for Sunday Breakfast Mission
LC Homes, a third-generation, family-owned residential home builder headquartered in Wilmington, has launched its annual Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit the Sunday Breakfast Mission.
Located in Wilmington, the Sunday Breakfast Mission operates a shelter for the homeless and provides community meals for more than 200 men, women and children each night as well as food boxes for needy families. The Great Thanksgiving Banquet and Food Outreach program serves 800 meals on Thanksgiving Day and provides 1,400 food boxes for a Thanksgiving dinner at home, serving families in Wilmington and beyond.
LC Homes has drop-off locations for donations of nonperishable food items at all 13 of their model homes in communities throughout Delaware. They will be accepting donations through Sunday, Nov. 24, and all items will be delivered to the Sunday Breakfast Mission Monday, Nov. 25, for distribution on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday Nov. 28.
