The General Assembly approved new legislative maps Nov. 1 that will be used in the 2022 election and all elections until 2030, when the next census is completed.
By law, Delaware legislators had to approve the maps by Nov. 8 so that anyone filing for a legislative seat would be able to live in the district for a year prior to the 2022 election. All legislative seats will be up for election in 2022.
