Lewes in Bloom joined with Daisy Girl Scout Troop 316 in planting vegetables and flowers in the Children’s Learning Garden in Stango Park May 6. The Daisies worked with Lewes in Bloom members and board members and also earned a Garden badge and a Community Service badge.
The Daisies stayed busy planting tomatoes, carrots, peppers, radishes and flowers.
Lewes in Bloom is planning plenty of activities in the Children's Learning Garden. Starting Monday, June 18, Lewes in Bloom will have a Garden Story Hour. The activities will continue every Monday and Friday at the Children's Learning Garden.
