The 22nd Annual Garden Tour took place June 16 throughout Lewes. The one-day event drew large crowds and gave visitors a chance to tour private gardens and hideaways in various parts of Lewes. Zwaanendael Park was full of vendors selling plants and various garden accessories, and there were food sales along with lectures in the shaded park. Temperate weather helped to draw crowds and enhanced the many shaded gardens. Shown painting in the pond area of Sally and John Freeman’s garden is Geri Gaskill.
