Life Before Death planning program to begin May 6

May 5, 2021

Too many times when someone dies, family members are left to deal with making a lot of decisions and plans while they are also wrestling with their grief.

One of the best gifts people can give their loved ones is to prepare for the inevitable and put their last wishes in place.

Beebe Healthcare, in association with St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Lewes, All Saints’ Church in Rehoboth Beach and St. George's Chapel in Harbeson, is offering a special program called Life Before Death (Living a Better Now by Planning Ahead), which meets at 3 p.m., Thursdays through June 3, via Zoom. The next session will take place May 13. A recording of each session will be available afterward on St. Peter’s YouTube channel.

Since this is being presented via Zoom, real-time participants will be able to interact with the presenters.

Topics each week in the series include: Advance Care Planning, Talking to Your Loved Ones, the Episcopal Church and the End of Life, Bereavement, and Legal Information.

To receive the Zoom link, contact St. Peter's church office at office@stpeterslewes.org or 302-645-8479.
