"There have been a lot of good players on each team who share the ball, and I’ve never been a believer of having kids pile up stats in games we are far ahead," said coach P.J. Kesmodel. "Lizzie was an all-state midfielder last season and this year moved to attack. She is a complete player on her way to Temple. I know they like her as a midfielder.”
The Vikings used their entire lineup, mixing and matching to build a 10-1 halftime lead against the Riders. A 6-4 second-half score brought the Riders back to respectability in a 16-5 defeat.
“They are athletic with some very good lacrosse players,” Kesmodel said.
