Local man wins Milton Garden Club raffle drawing

The Milton Garden Club announced Wayne Moreland as the winner of its sailor’s valentine raffle drawing.
Garden club vice president and award-winning artist Julie Smith created the piece using hundreds of multicolored seashells.
Tickets were sold at the Holly Festival Dec. 13.
