Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice held the second annual Difference Makers Gala Oct. 25 in Rehoboth Beach, where 2025 honorees included Hattie Bull and Waynne Paskins. The Lewes Public Library and Matt Haley Trust were recognized as those making a difference in the community. There was a silent auction, DJ, dancing and a gourmet buffet dinner.

Waynne Paskins, a lifelong local, is recognized for her contributions to SDARJ. She said, “Everything I do is not my idea; it comes from God above.”
