Lucido Agency of Keller Williams ranked No.1 in nation

for 2018 Teams by Transaction Volume

Keller Williams Realty announced that the Lucido Agency has been recognized as the No. 1 team in the nation for 2018 for transaction volume, as published by Real Trends The Thousand.

Four categories list the top 250 designees: Individual Agent - Sales Volume; Individual Agent - Transaction Sides; Agent Team - Sales Volume and Agent Team - Transaction Sides.

Lucido Agency is No.1 for 2018 Teams by Transaction Volume with $842,742,883 in closed volume and No. 2 for 2018 Teams by Transaction Sides with 2,318 closed units. In 2017, The Lucido Agency ranked No. 5 for Transaction Sides and No. 6 for Transaction Volume.

The Lucido Agency of Delaware, headed by Frank and Audrey Serio, consists of Marie Cahill, Susan Megargee, Molly Mullins, Megan McHale and Suzanne Schaeffer. The real estate team is located in two Keller Williams Realty Delaware locations - 33012 Coastal Highway, Bethany Beach, and 18344 Coastal Highway, Lewes. Audrey Serio, a lifelong resident of Fenwick Island and Sussex County, began her real estate career in new construction in 1985. She has served as president of the Sussex County Association of Realtors and Delaware Association of Realtors, and president of SCAOR Community Foundation, plus she was named Realtor of the Year for SCAOR and DAR. She has served on numerous local, state and national Realtor committees including Multi-Listing Service and Affordable Housing. She was also the longest-running mayor of Fenwick Island, retiring in 2016, and she worked closely with other national, state and local officials. Currently, Audrey is an active board member of Sussex County Community Service Foundation and serves on the SCAOR MLS committee.

Frank Serio, licensed since 1984, was cited as one the Top 100 Most Influential Realtors in 2011. He has co-authored agency law currently in use for the State of Delaware. He has served as president of Coastal Association of Realtors and SCAOR. He was 1994 CAR Realtor of the Year, and served as national president of the Residential Real Estate Council in 2011. He received the SCAOR President’s Award in 2004, 2010 and 2016, and the RRC President’s Award in 2017. Frank is also author of several CRS classes and is a NAR instructor for numerous courses. Currently, Frank is one of 10 members of the executive committee of BrightMLS, serving 85,000 Realtors in the Mid-Atlantic region.
