Milford Museum to host annual Hippiefest fundraiser

Milford Museum’s annual Hippiefest fundraiser is set for 3 to 8 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Causey Mansion, 2 Causey Ave., Milford. Attendees can bring blankets and chairs to relax on the lawn.

The Funsters will perform hits from the 1960s and ‘70s, and DJ Dana McDonald of Forever Media will spin tunes from the same era during band breaks. Guests are encouraged to dress in tie-dye, bell bottoms, pedal pushers and headbands.

Food truck offerings and adult beverages will be available. BYOB is permitted, but no outside food is allowed. To be admitted, visitors must be 21 years or older with valid ID.
