The Millsboro High School Class of 1958 celebrated its 85th birthday reunion June 21, at the John J. & Elsie Williams House Museum & Conference Center.

A dozen classmates gathered together to socialize, and eat lunch and cake provided by Lighthouse Catering and Delaware Technical Community College.

Ron Matthews traveled the farthest distance from Stella, N.C.

The birthday party marks the first event held at the Williams House Museum & Conference Center. Classmates enjoyed a tour of the senator’s former home on State Street in Millsboro. The 1958 graduates took a trip to Washington, D.C., their senior year to visit Sen. Williams in office.

Millsboro High graduated its last class in 1969, when it merged with the former Georgetown High School to form Sussex Central High School.
