Milton Arts Guild awards scholarship to Sussex Academy grad

Milton Arts Guild recently awarded its annual scholarship to Julia D’onofrio of Selbyville, a recent graduate of at Sussex Academy who has shown excellence in art, both at school and in her free time.

“Julia’s application for our annual scholarship not only showed us beautiful examples of her work, but also her dedication to continuing her arts education,” said Lynda Rae Gannon, a MAG board of directors vice president and scholarship committee chair. “We are delighted to play a small role in Julia’s future.”

D’onofrio will begin her studies at the University of Delaware this fall, pursuing a bachelor of arts degree with a concentration in fine arts.
