Milton Garden Club to hold plant sale during May 27 festival

As part of this year's Horseshoe Crab and Shorebird Festival, the Milton Garden Club will hold its annual plant sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, May 27, in front of the Milton Historical Society at 210 Union St. Many varieties of plants will be available, and all have been grown by garden club members. For the first time, the club will also sponsor a garden yard sale featuring flowerpots, gently used garden tools, birdhouses, bird feeders, decorative garden items and more.

Funds raised are used to purchase plants and flowers to beautify Milton, and also provide scholarships for local students pursuing a degree in horticulture or agriculture. The Milton Garden Club is celebrating its 25th year of making Milton beautiful with flowers.
