The Mispillion Art League Annual Student Show opened with a reception held April 8 at its Milford gallery.
More than 330 visitors reveled in the work by young creative minds in art classes across the Milford School District. The exhibit showcases what art educators are doing to enrich students' academic experiences.
Through the exhibit, MAL and MSD aim to promote art education in public schools by inviting the community to see firsthand how it enriches students' academic experiences.
More than 300 students participated from Milford Senior High School, Milford Central Academy, Banneker Elementary, Lulu Ross Elementary, Mispillion Elementary and Morris Early Childhood Center.
The show remains on display through Saturday, May 3, at 5 N. Walnut St., Milford.
