Mother and daughter donate to Locks of Love

Mother and daughter Kristin Johnson, standing, and Victoria Becker both donated their ponytails to Locks of Love Feb. 10. Gretchen Garms, right, owner of Paisley Moon at 109 Federal St. in Milton, made the cuts which will provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children in the United States and Canada suffering from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. Johnson learned about Locks of Love from the Cape Gazette’s numerous articles about the organization. Becker was amazed at how much lighter her hair felt after the cut.
