M&T Bank donates to Friends of Rehoboth library

M&T Bank recently presented a $1,000 check to the Friends of the Rehoboth Beach Public Library to support its 30 Chances to Win daily raffle.

One ticket will be drawn each day in September, offering participants 30 chances to win. Each winning ticket holder will receive $100 in gift cards to local businesses and restaurants.

Raffle tickets are on sale through the end of August. Tickets are one for $10, three for $25, seven for $50 and 20 for $100; they may be purchased at the Rehoboth library during regular business hours.

Tickets also will be sold in front of the Rehoboth library on most Sunday and Monday afternoons until the end of August.

Monies raised through the raffle will help support the library’s services and collections.

On hand for the check presentation were Kimberly Scott, Friends president, and Tramaine Young-Minor, M&T Bank Rehoboth Avenue branch manager.
