Nanticoke Heritage Day celebration set May 2

The Nanticoke Indian Tribe’s annual Heritage Day will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, May 2, on the grounds of the Nanticoke Indian Museum, 26673 John J. Williams Highway, Millsboro.
Admission and parking are free. The family-friendly event offers an opportunity for all visitors to immerse themselves in the traditions and history of the Nanticoke people. Attendees will experience traditional dancing, drumming, native crafts, storytelling and food.
