New agents announced for Long & Foster Lewes office
Long & Foster Real Estate announced new sales agents have joined the Lewes office. Daniel Shockley, John Howard, Carrie Fischer, David Levenson and Perry Mears will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Shockley is a native of Delaware, a proud Blue Hen and Wildcat, an experienced local educator and a dedicated Realtor.
Howard is licensed in Delaware and Maryland, and has extensive experience in custom home building, design and build concepts, as well as permit and subdivision submittals including working with the Army Corps of Engineers at municipal, city and county levels.
All are participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more.
