Nikki Miller is perfect candidate for RD 20

May 28, 2024

I am writing to express my enthusiastic support for Nikki Miller in her candidacy for representative of District 20. As a former student at Cape Henlopen High School, where Miller served as assistant principal and then principal for eight years, I had the privilege of being one of her students, and experiencing firsthand her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to education.

I am now a University of Delaware alum, and throughout my undergraduate degree, and in pursuit of my master’s degree, I have kept in touch with her, and she has shown her consistent support for my endeavors. She has written multiple letters of recommendation for me and shown excitement for all of my choices post-graduation.

As the current director of instruction at Seaford School District, and recently completing her doctorate in educational leadership, Miller continues to demonstrate her profound expertise in education and her commitment to improving the academic experiences of all students.

I feel very fortunate to have kept in touch with Miller over the past several years. She has proven repeatedly to be a supporter of all her students, past and present.

I am extremely confident that Miller will bring the same level of dedication, integrity and effectiveness to the role of representative as she has in her educational and administrative careers. Her ability to listen, collaborate and advocate for positive change will undoubtedly benefit District 20 and beyond.

I urge my fellow community members to support Nikki Miller as representative of District 20. Her leadership, passion, experience and kindness make her the perfect candidate, and personally, I am looking forward to having her as a leader of the community.
