Noble's Pond holds Fall Open House, Parade of Homes Oct. 7

September 26, 2011

Noble’s Pond, a 55+ community in Dover, will hold a Fall Open House and Parade of Homes from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday, Oct. 7.  During this event, guests will also have an opportunity to tour some of the Noble’s Pond residents’ homes from noon to 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 8 and 9.

Open House incentives include savings of over $22,000  on the home of the client's choice. This offer includes the homeowners association fee reduced to just $49 per month through July 2013. Festivities include lunch poolside on the veranda, an opportunity to learn more about the Peace-of-Mind home sale contingency program and golf cart rides to the pond.

The recently introduced Fairfield model will be available for tours as a brand-new, quick-delivery home built just in time for this Open House celebration. The base price of this ranch, a two-bedroom, two-bath, two-car-garage home, is $209,995. The quick delivery home was built with a third bedroom/study, a four-season room and expansive upstairs storage space. This is a must-see model with many upgrades, including Pella windows, at the special offer price of $232,450 - a savings of $17,450 during the Open House event.

Terri and John Hansen, formerly from Bel Air, Md., found Noble’s Pond to be the right choice for them after looking at many other 55+ communities. “We spent about two years looking,” said John, a former captain in the U.S. Army, “but Noble’s Pond just kept drawing us back. It is in Delaware, which offers tax advantages and lower living costs. It is close to downtown Dover and not as isolated as some of the other 55+ communities we visited. Plus, we liked having so many different models to choose from, and we really liked the people we met.”

We’re very happy with our choice,” said Terri, a retired nurse. “It is so close to everything. We’re beach people and also love being just five minutes from the mall and Dover Downs. And, we love the active lifestyle Noble’s Pond offers.”

A visit to the community would not be complete without a tour of The Point, the award-winning clubhouse, as well as the professionally furnished model home village. With 15 floor plans to choose from ranging from 1,100 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet, Noble’s Pond is sure to have a home designed just right for each customer. For homebuyers seeking a smaller footprint, two new carriage homes have been introduced at exceptional pricing of $169,995 and $179,995. Visitors are welcome to view printed floor plans and renderings of the elevations of these two new models in the Welcome Center.

Noble’s Pond is the proud recipient of 27 awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware. Entries are judged on interior/exterior design, affordability and amenities. “We are thrilled to receive the highest honors by being awarded with best clubhouse and best active adult community,” said Harry Miller, developer. “Noble’s Pond homebuyers have already given us this feedback, and now it is very rewarding to be recognized as the best by our peers in the home building industry.”

The Noble’s Pond Welcome Center, clubhouse and model home village are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m., Sunday. For more information and directions call toll-free 1-888-222-0030 or visit www.noblespondhomes.com
