Northrop Realty cuts ribbon with Bethany-Fenwick chamber

Northrop Realty, a Long & Foster company, celebrated the grand opening and ribbon cutting of its coastal headquarters with the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce May 19.

Refreshments were served along with a visit from the Taco Reho food truck and a live DJ. Fellow chamber members as well as community members, family members and staff attended.

Opening alongside an additional Millsboro office, Northrop Realty’s new location will allow the company to increase its footprint in Delaware significantly and nearly triple the number of agents in the coastal region in 2021.

The headquarters for the company’s executive leadership, Creig and Carla Northrop, will be at 209 Fifth St., Bethany Beach.
