Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's partners with Kids Cottage for Feb. 16 open house

Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty is hosting an Open House Weekend Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 16 and 17,  to showcase approximately 20 different properties throughout coastal Delaware. In addition to the open houses on Saturday, OASIR has teamed up with Kids Cottage of Rehoboth to offer complimentary childcare from noon to 4 p.m. for parents or grandparents who are visiting homes on the tour.

“We wanted people with children to have the opportunity to visit these open houses while their children have a fun afternoon playing with friends at Kids Cottage,” said Kathleen Schell, marketing director. “They can relax and look through some exceptional properties that afternoon while their kids play in a fun and safe environment.”
