Oldfather Group marks 20 years in real estate industry

The Oldfather Group of Compass Real Estate recently celebrated completing its 20th year serving clients’ real estate needs at and near the Delaware and Maryland beaches.

From the initial dream of Dustin and Mariya Oldfather, who started the business in 2005, it’s been a long journey for the Oldfather Group to become one of the top and highest-producing teams in Delaware in 2025.

More than 24 highly qualified real estate agents, supported by a core team of professionals and a leading training program, now work under the Oldfather Group umbrella.
