Overfalls to host canalfront happy hour Sept. 25

The Overfalls Foundation will host its final happy hour of the season, supported by CAMP Rehoboth, from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 25, at the lightship at Lewes Canalfront Park.

Attendees can savor a beverage and listen to live music by Regina Sayles, acclaimed singer and acoustic guitarist. There is no charge to attend. In the event of rain, the concert will be held at Groome Church, 601 Savannah Road, Lewes. Weather alerts will be posted on the Overfalls Foundation website, overfalls.org.  Humane Animal Partners representatives will be on site with adoptable pets in attendance.  

The Overfalls Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and honoring the United States Lighthouse Service and the maritime history of communities in coastal Delaware.
