Patricia McNally Mockewich, gave unselfishly
Patricia A. (McNally) Mockewich, 59, of Milton, loving mother, wife, grand mom, aunt and friend passed away, at home, surrounded by loving family Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, after a long and valiant fight.
Patricia was a longtime resident of South Philadelphia, Pa., and Southern Delaware. Patricia spent many years of her professional career as a pharmacy technician and enjoyed a second career in the retail industry. As a resident in the town of Milton, Patricia was an avid reader, sparked a room with her humor, enjoyed gardening, and spending beloved time with family, friends and her canine companions, Fred and Cody. Patricia gave unselfishly of her time and love to be a caregiver during time of extreme illness of Helen Gallagher and Herman Collier. She made many wonderful friends with many heartfelt moments and laughs, especially Cindy Smith in her current career, and she will be sorely missed.
Patricia is survived by her husband, William (Bill) Mockewich; children, Brian, Eric and Justin Mockewich; grandchild, Sophia Mockewich; sister, Kathy McNally; brothers, Anthony and William Chantilope; nieces, Joanna (Husband Pat) Gallagher, Crystal and Charlene Mockewich and Samantha (McNally) Brown (husband Shawn); nephews Michael (wife Jeanine) and Richard Aversa. In loving memory of her mother, Catherine Marie (Henderson) McNally; father, Edward Joseph McNally; and brother, Edward William Joseph McNally.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, Oct. 31, at 11 a.m., in the chapel of Short Funeral Services, 416 Federal St., Milton. Visitations will be Friday, Oct. 30, from 6 to 8 p.m., and Saturday after 10 a.m. Burial will be held privately.
