“I set a pink pail outside on my deck and tossed in a little safflower and sunflower seeds,” writes Michele Walfred. “It attracts quite a bit of bird activity, more than my more traditional bird feeders, too. So I call this the Pink Bucket Inn.” Here, a female cardinal is a regular visitor.
