Two dozen dogs braved wind chills near 15 degrees Jan. 31 to help kick off the Special Olympics Polar Bear Plunge weekend. After a parade on the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, the dogs took a brief dip in the chilly Atlantic Ocean during the annual Pooch Plunge.
