Proposal caught on Bethany Beach web camera

At around 4:30 p.m., on a very cold snowy, Jan. 29, 2022, the Bethany Beach boardwalk stage webcam caught Jamie Jaegers saying yes to her now-fiancé Scott Stewart, both of Baltimore. Their beloved dog Leia joined in the excitement.
Stewart had planned the proposal for some time, but he didn’t count on the romantic backdrop of a snow-filled, isolated Bethany boardwalk. He contacted his future mother-in-law so she could witness the proposal live from the beach webcam, as did a few folks passing by in person.
Look closely to see a wagging tail indicating the approval of the newly engaged couple’s dog Leia.
